Love this place! The sandwiches are on Texas toast with many different cheeses to choose from. The honey is also delicious; raw and local. Everyone seemed like they were having fun on the truck and I saw them eating their own sandwiches! Good sign

Review is specific to the truck located in FiDi Boston. Truly a 4-star experience but feeling thankful for "Honey Bees and all pollinators." I ordered the Honey BBQ Pulled Chicken sandwich. Honestly, the price ($15) felt high compared to the size (standard sandwich bread) but it was very tasty. Lastly, I would NOT recommend the smoothie based on the portion, consistency and price ($9).

Saving bees one delicious grilled cheese at a time. Love it! Got the BBQ Honey Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese; it was wonderful. The layer of honey delicately accentuated and did not overpower the grilled cheese. Highly recommended!

Ran into them at numerous fairs and events in last 2 years. Always look for them and eat multiple things. Never knew a grilled cheese could taste so good. The smoothies are delicious, especially the peanut butter, strawberry, banana one.

I caught Bees And Thank You at the PAX East convention this year. I got the pulled pork honey grilled cheese and it was amazing! The service was wonderful. The owners looked like they were having a great time! Highly recommend to anybody who may run into them at future events!

The best grilled cheese you’ll ever have - mobile or otherwise. They use this bread that is somehow the perfect fluffiness for a grilled cheese but crisps up for a solid crunch without being so rough that it scratches your mouth. The pulled pork grilled cheese is divine. Perfectly proportioned. My friend had the classic cheese and said it was the best he’s ever had. This truck is a dream complete with efficient and cheerful service.

Their food is simply awesome! We ate here with a few friends at their spot at Widowmaker Brewery earlier and we were all blown away. Who would have thought how creative you can get with grilled cheese! The fresh and fluffy bread paired perfectly with the many fresh add ons (I had the steak bomb, while my friends had the sweet and the fire flavors) and the honey was just the perfect touch. 5/5

My niece comes from South Carolina and goes straight to bees and thank you. She loves these hot honey grill cheese sandwiches. Fire with bacon! We highly recommend
